PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This was one of my personal favourite projects carried out, working on one of the top destination spas in the world. This was set on a 100-acre farm outside Enniscorthy that was once owned by the Jameson Whiskey family.
The bedroom block in Monart is set in a forest so care had to be taken not to damage any trees. In the process we were faced with several challenges that were all overcome.
Works included car park construction, pond construction, lake construction, kerbing, paving, drainage management and topsoiling.
It was a complete joy to work on this project and a privilege to look back and know that we were involved in it.
