PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This was a medium sized project with a duration of 12 months.
We had 4 men and machinery on site for the duration of the project.
This project included demolition of the existing squash court to make way for a new outdoor spa area.
We performed basement excavation and piling with sheet piles as the ground was very sandy due to close proximity to the beach. This proved to be slightly difficult as water became a problem as we were digging beside the sea. Pumps were needed on site to remove water.
Works on this project included basement beams, concrete shuttering, concrete floors, kerbing, soil removal and footpaths.
We thoroughly enjoyed this project and its outcome.
